Life is a Sacred Text is always independent, nonprofit — and most of all community-driven. It's your thoughtful engagement with, and sharing of this work, that makes it possible to co-create something better out there.
As we enter five years of offering wisdom, fortification, and changemaking strategy, we need your help building this movement— and we’ve got a scheme we think you’ll be into. (1) When I left Substack – that Nazi-tolerating, Elon-sycophantic for-profit machine for a nonprofit host– at the same time that I made this my full-time work– I knew I'd be taking a significant hit, since Substack's author infrastructure is far, far superior (unsurprising, given that they have 30 x more employees.)
But here, we strive to walk the walk, and align our actions with our values, and not supporting Nazis is a value.
So when I say we can’t be anything without this community– without you– I mean it. We literally cannot do this work without you, and your support, as readers. We grow off the algorithm, because of your willingness to share the work.
